attentive staff decent variety small bathroom outdated feel
The staff was attentive. The breakfast offered a decent variety of options.
The room was pretty small. The bathroom was even smaller and felt outdated. The showerhead was a nuisance. You had to hold it up yourself, honestly.

great breakfast helpful staff excellent location tired hallways small room scruffy area
The breakfast was great! i loved the wide variety of choices available each morning. the staff were very helpful. they addressed any concerns quickly. the hotel's location was excellent too. It was a short walk to nearby attractions.
The room hallways are a bit tired. They could use some updating. my room was also relatively small. it was okay for a few days. the surrounding area was a bit scruffy with cracked sidewalks. it wasn't the prettiest sight.

acceptable but disappointing room
dirty room bathroom flies
the breakfast had a good variety of local and english food the dinners and cocktails were amazing and the view from restaurant was lovely the staff are very helpful and kind
the room was dirty there were bathroom flies everywhere aircon did not work properly only on and off but not able to adjust the blow

friendly staff rooftop restaurant city view
I appreciated the friendly staff. They went out of their way to help! the rooftop restaurant had very nice views! it was open for breakfast, lunch, dinners, and happy hour. my room had a view of the city, i liked that.
the air conditioning was a little noisy! it sounded like a generator

Decent stay with minor drawbacks
complimentary mini bar free bike hire warm staff dim lights missing mirror soft drink
I appreciated the complimentary mini bar in the room. There was also free afternoon tea. The hotel offered bike hire and hat hire. I found the staff to be warm and ready to help.
The room had very dim lights. There was no mirror in the room. For the mini bar, there was just one soft drink and one beer. The room also did not have windows.
